All repairs are subject to our discretion, please note that repair charges may apply depending on the nature of the damage. We do not offer refunds for any reason, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for damaged items—regardless of how long it has been or the condition of the piece. Regular wear and tear is normal and expected with jewelry, and while our pieces are designed with care, exposure to daily elements like water, sweat, perfume, or physical activity can cause changes over time.
